What concentrations are available?
QASED comes in 20% and 50% concentrations. Your eyecare specialist will determine which is right for you.
How do I store my drops?
Keep all unopened bottles in the freezer for the duration of your therapy. They stay good for up to 9 months frozen. Each week, move one bottle to room temperature when you’re ready to start using it. Once opened, use it within one week. No refrigerator needed during use.
The drops arrived thawed. Is that okay?
Yes, completely normal. QASED is designed to thaw in transit. Once it arrives, place all unopened bottles in the freezer and start using your first bottle right away.
My bottle has been outside for a few hours. Is it still good?
Yes. Once opened, QASED lives at room temperature for one week, so brief exposure outside the freezer is no cause for concern. Your kit also arrives in an insulated mailer with an ice pack for added protection during shipping.
The drops look pale yellow. Is that normal?
Yes. QASED is made from your own serum, which naturally contains proteins and vitamins that give it a light yellow to amber tint. This is completely normal.
Can I travel with my drops?
Yes. Each open bottle lasts one week at room temperature, so shorter trips are simple. For trips longer than one week, a TSA-approved medication travel case keeps your remaining supply protected in transit.
