Your eye care provider determines whether QASED is appropriate for your ocular surface and writes a prescription. The prescription specifies your concentration, dosing frequency, and any special handling.

Choose your subscription.
Log into the Ocubio platform and select the plan that fits how you live — monthly, quarterly, or semiannual. Each plan includes your vials, your phlebotomy kit, and pre-paid lab logistics.

Receive your kit at home.
Your phlebotomy kit ships directly to your door — typically within 3 to 5 business days of subscribing. Everything you need for your blood draw is inside, including pre-paid lab logistics and clear instructions.

Schedule your blood draw.
Book an appointment or walk into any of 2,000+ Quest Diagnostics locations nationwide with the pre-paid order from your kit, or book a certified mobile phlebotomist to come to your home, office, or anywhere.

Whether you prefer to walk in or stay home, your draw is covered. Both options are included in every plan at no additional cost.

Walk in or schedule a time online. Bring the pre-paid order from your kit; we handle the rest. Quest sends your sample directly to our facility.
Mobile phlebotomy
Schedule a draw at home, at the office, or anywhere a chair fits. Our mobile network covers most major metros and is expanding monthly.

We do the rest.
Your sample is shipped overnight to our FDA-registered facility and processed into QASED — a standardized, qualified autologous serum drop, prepared according to our protocol.
Get your treatment back in 2–3 business days.

Get your treatment.
Freeze your treatment as soon as it arrives. Open your first fresh vial and use it for the next one week — thanks to SerumFlex, no refrigeration needed once it’s open. Then repeat each week with the next vial.
